I created my Design Consulting packages for my clients who want to manage their own projects, but do not need full-service design. During the consulting process, I provide advice and expertise on an as-needed basis, only.

There are several ways you can use your design consulting time to improve the results of your remodeling or decorating project; however, there are several services I reserve only for my package & full-service design clients. The list below is an overview of some of the services I provide to my design consulting clients.

Consulting Services Includes:

Showroom visits to select materials for a remodeling project
Paint color consultations
Site visits on a remodeling or new construction project
Advice on furniture or decor you have selected from a retail source
Conceptual floor plans, layouts, and drawings
Shopping trips to retail stores for furniture and decor
Measuring for & specifying window treatments

Does Not Include:

Independently sourcing finishes and procuring samples
Sourcing retail and trade-only furniture, lighting, & decor
Preparing shopping lists
Purchasing product & purchase management
Preparing specifications for contractors
Preparing or managing a project's budget
Detailed design drawings & recommendations based on those drawings
Coordinating with contractors & vendors directly

During the consultation, I offer valid design solutions to as many questions as you can ask in the allotted time.

Initial Design Consultation

This is a two hour maximum on-site design meeting. During this time, I will tour your home, solve specific design problems, and answer any questions you might have relating to your project.
